If for any reason you decide not to keep returnable merchandise, you must notify us within ten (10) days from date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Once the 10-day return period has passed, the sale is marked final.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.


In order to expedite your return, the following procedures MUST be followed:

•• Items MUST be returned in the same condition they were sent. This means all items must be returned with the original packaging. All tags and/or seals must still be affixed in the original position to insure that the merchandise is still in its new, unused and unworn condition. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

•• Before returning an item, the customer must complete the return form. Once the completed form has been submitted our Customer Service Department will email you a Returned Merchandise Code (RMC).  You will then have 48 hours to ship merchandise back to LasVegasKingOfDiamonds.com.

•• The Returned Merchandise Code (RMC) must be written on your original invoice, and on your return shipping label. LasVegasKingOfDiamonds.com will not accept any merchandise that is returned without a Returned Merchandise Code

•• Items purchased as SPECIAL ORDERS, or noted on our site as BEST BUYS have a NO RETURN policy.

•• LasVegasKingOfDiamonds.com rewards certificates have NO CASH VALUE, and may ONLY be applied to merchandise purchased on our site. NO REFUND will be credited for the portion of any purchase made with a LasVegasKingOfDiamonds.com rewards certificate. NO CASH BACK.

•• Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase. SHIPPING, HANDLING and INSURANCE charges are NONREFUNDABLE.

•• Returns MUST be sent prepaid and insured for the full price of purchase by a trackable carrier such as FED EX, UPS or AIRBORNE EXPRESS.

•• LasVegasKingOfDiamonds.com will not be responsible for items that are not returned in the above specified manner. If you have additional questions, please email our Customer Service Department.
